CHAPEL ENDOWMENT.
Contributions towards the Fund being raised for the Endowment of the Chapel will be gratefully acknowledged. The sum of £4,000 is needed for this purpose.
Anyone desirous of bringing forward an Applicant for the benefits of the Charity is requested to give the Secretary some particulars as to the past and present pecuniary circumstances and position in life of the person, together with some information as to the nature and duration of the incurable disease with which he or she is afflicted; if the proposed Applicant's case is apparently eligible under the rules, the Secretary will at once furnish the necessary Forms of Application and Medical Certificates, in order that full details may be given for the information of the Board.
It is particularly requested that anyone applying for Forms of Application may furnish:
Their Christian and Surname in full. together with age and address. Whether it is intended to make application to become a candidate for election
to the Home or for the Pension of £20 per annum. Applicants whose cases are under investigation are not allowed to canvass the Subscribers for votes: they will be informed by the Secretary when the Board have accepted them as Candidates, and they will then be at liberty to commence a canvass,

Elections take place every May and November.
A Donation of £500 names a Memorial Pension of £20 a year, and £1,000 names a Memorial Bed in the Home, with the right of nomination thereto from the List of Candidates during Donor's lifetime.
For information as to the permanent endowment of Pensions or Beds, application should be made to the Secretary.
Contributors through Bankers are particularly requested to advise the Secretary by letter, in order that their names and addresses may be properly registered in the books of the Institution.
